This beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo is ideally located at the front of Rancho Las Palmas Country Club and just a short walk from the clubhouse, The River and the Omni Resort. Walk to Starbucks in 10 minutes, to a movie, grocery, dining, etc. You will love the location.

The spacious living area is comfortably furnished, has high ceilings and gets plenty of light. Wall to wall windows and sliding glass doors lead onto the expanded back patio and overlooks the South and West 9th fairways. A large flat screen cable TV and DVD player is the focus of the great room. The dining area seats four and there are two stools at the kitchen bar.

The kitchen is beautifully supplied and has newer appliances and all you will need for simple family meals or entertaining.

This 20 plan has bedrooms at opposite ends of the condo and offers lots of sleeping privacy. The master suite looks over the patio and golf course and is furnished with a king size bed, flat screen TV and has a private on-suite with his and hers vanities and a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom, at the front of the condo, is furnished with a king size bed, flat screen TV and has direct access to the entry courtyard. The guest bath with shower/tub combination is located just outside the guest bedroom.

The front courtyard has seating and a large gas BBQ.

NOTE: Rancho Las Palmas has discontinue their use of transponders for gate access. They have been replaced with RFID Tags that are affixed to vehicle headlights. The RFID Tags allow entrance through both the front AND back gates of Rancho Las Palmas are only available to renters of 60 days or longer. RFID Tags will NOT be issued to short term renters of less than 60 days. All renters will be issued a GATE PASS upon initial entry into Rancho Las Palmas. The gate pass allows entry through the front gate off Bob Hope Drive only. For renters of 60 days or longer, Rancho Las Palmas Country Club gives our renters the option of purchasing a RFID Tag at the cost of $100 for the duration of their stay. An appointment is required along with a copy of the rental agreement that contains the renter’s name, property address, dates of arrival and departure and a check or money order for $100. This is completely optional and is a cost to the renter. Alternately, renters can use the GATE PASS issued to all renters and enter through the front, Bob Hope Drive gate.
