This beautiful vacation home is located in the very desirable Desert Air section of Rancho Las Palmas Country Club, just inside the front gate, and has been updated and features many unique details throughout. The East facing sun room and back patio overlook the West 7th Fairway and provide a perfect spot in the sun for your morning coffee, inside or out. The sun room is a custom addition to this floor plan, extending the living space to approximately 1,900 sq. ft. The great room with formal dining makes this property ideal for entertaining family and friends, but the spectacular, ornate, hand-made Bali bar built by the previous owner, is the true focal point and gives this home a fun “Zen” feel.

A big screen cable TV and DVD player are located in a cozy den/TV room just off the great room. Two futon sofas provide the seating, both converting to comfortable full size beds allowing additional sleeping space for the occasional guests.

The kitchen has been totally updated and features granite counter tops and stainless appliances. There is casual dining for four at the pub table in the kitchen and walking through the sliding glass doors onto the back patio you will find a gas BBQ (new 2018) and outside dining for four with a spectacular, slightly elevated view of the West 7th Fairway.

The master suite has been furnished with a king bed and has a large Roku TV streaming local and national cable channels. A huge walk-in closet with cubbies for personal clothing is ideal for guests on an extended vacation. The private on-suite has been completely updated with elevated, granite countertop, his and hers sinks and a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has been furnished with a queen bed and the updated guest bath has an elevated, granite counter top, a single sink and a combination tub and shower.

The floor plan was a typical 300 plan but has been updated and changed in unique ways with many custom touches throughout making this an ideal vacation home for entertaining friends and family, yet comfortable for either seasonal or short term guests.

Note that the two car garage has a dropped ceiling to allow for the owner’s private storage area. Much of the garage ceiling is six feet high, so SUVs, trucks and high profile cars will not fit, but a sedan should be fine. There is additional parking for two cars in the driveway.

This condo is located in Desert Air, one of the most requested areas of Rancho Las Palmas Country Club. Desert Air is just inside the front gates of the country club and is a very short walk to The River and all of its shopping, dining and services as well as the multi-plex movie theater. It is also a short walk to the Omni Resort with dining or for a relaxing day at a world class luxury spa!

NOTE: Rancho Las Palmas has discontinue their use of transponders for gate access. They have been replaced with RFID Tags that are affixed to vehicle headlights. The RFID Tags allow entrance through both the front AND back gates of Rancho Las Palmas are only available to renters of 60 days or longer. RFID Tags will NOT be issued to short term renters of less than 60 days. All renters will be issued a GATE PASS upon initial entry into Rancho Las Palmas. The gate pass allows entry through the front gate off Bob Hope Drive only. For renters of 60 days or longer, Rancho Las Palmas Country Club gives our renters the option of purchasing a RFID Tag at the cost of $100 for the duration of their stay. An appointment is required along with a copy of the rental agreement that contains the renter’s name, property address, dates of arrival and departure and a check or money order for $100. This is completely optional and is a cost to the renter. Alternately, renters can use the GATE PASS issued to all renters and enter through the front, Bob Hope Drive gate.
