This is your dream vacation home! This updated mid-century beauty has it all … lovely, comfortable décor and location, location, location. You’re just a short walk from the clubhouse, tennis courts, The River and the Omni Resort!

Upon entering the gate, guests are welcomed by the lush, floral landscaped courtyard, and maybe a hummingbird or two. There is a screened cover over a seating area, which is a perfect, sunny spot for your morning coffee.

The spacious great room has been furnished with new mid-century style sectional and chair as well as a few true mid-century pieces and décor. The comfortable furnishings surround a large flat screen cable TV with sound bar and DVD player. Through the shuttered sliding glass door, step onto the West facing back patio with seating for outdoor dinners and two chaise lounges, overlooking the West 1st, 2nd and 3rd fairways.

The dining area offers seating for four and there are two stools at the kitchen bar. The updated kitchen is a chef’s dream, with new appliances, counter tops and the cabinets are filled with everything you could possibly need for everyday cooking or entertaining guests.

This popular 20 Plan, two bedroom condo, offers perfect separation of bedrooms at opposite ends of the home. The master suite, located off the back patio and fairway, has been furnished with a comfortable king size bed, overstuffed chair and ottoman and flat screen TV. The updated on-suite has his and hers vanity and a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom is located at the front of the condo and has direct access to the front courtyard. It has been furnished with a comfortable queen size bed, wicker chair and flat screen TV. Just outside the door is the guest bathroom with shower/tub combination.

This home has a million extra touches such as crown molding, gorgeous high-end doors throughout, updates galore and all the amenities you can imagine. The owners have a keen eye for detail and have spared no expense … from quality linens and towels to a theater style popcorn maker to fun golf art pieces … and many, many small treasures and family heirlooms around the house, that guests will delight in.

This property also has Wi-Fi and free U.S. and Canada calling. Close walking distance to the pool and spa and about a 10 minute walk to The River and 5 minute walk to the clubhouse or Omni Resort.

NOTE: Rancho Las Palmas has discontinue their use of transponders for gate access. They have been replaced with RFID Tags that are affixed to vehicle headlights. The RFID Tags allow entrance through both the front AND back gates of Rancho Las Palmas are only available to renters of 60 days or longer. RFID Tags will NOT be issued to short term renters of less than 60 days. All renters will be issued a GATE PASS upon initial entry into Rancho Las Palmas. The gate pass allows entry through the front gate off Bob Hope Drive only. For renters of 60 days or longer, Rancho Las Palmas Country Club gives our renters the option of purchasing a RFID Tag at the cost of $50 for the duration of their stay. An appointment is required along with a copy of the rental agreement that contains the renter’s name, property address, dates of arrival and departure and a check or money order for $50. This is completely optional and is a cost to the renter. Alternately, renters can use the GATE PASS issued to all renters and enter through the front, Bob Hope Drive gate.
