5-Star Vacation Home … This beautiful, highly upgraded and remodeled vacation home is a stand-out. This home has been updated from head to toe with beauty, functionality and comfort in mind. It is very modern, without forfeiting comfort.

The kitchen is stunning and truly a chef’s delight. Custom cabinets and countertops, stainless appliances and yes … even a gas range. The kitchen is very well stocked with beautiful severing and cookware … everything guests will need to prepare everyday cooking or entertain guests. The countertop bar provides plenty of prep space and has two bar stools for casual dining or chatting with the cook.

Just off from the kitchen is a large dining area with seating for six, and with easy access and sightlines from the kitchen, it is a great gathering spot for family and guests.

In the updated great room, the sectional sofa is just about the largest you will ever find and would probably seat twelve comfortably, and it’s an ideal spot for TV viewing on the big screen Smart TV or watching a DVD. Through the wall to wall, ceiling to floor windows, guest will enjoy a stunning view of the North 3rd fairway and the Chocolate Mountains beyond. The TVs in this home are all “Smart,” and have the Spectrum Ap for streaming local and cable stations. Guests can also access Netflix and other streaming services with their personal accounts.

Throw open the sliding glass doors and step out into your extended living space. Guests can relax and enjoy the gorgeous winter weather on this extended, tiled patio, furnished with an outdoor living area, dining area and gas BBQ.

The atrium adds a great deal of sunshine to the condo, making the main areas a bright, sunny and cheerful space.

The master suite is a beautiful retreat and has been furnished with a new comfortable king bed, high-quality bedding and Smart TV. The spa-like en-suite has his and hers vanities and a walk-in shower with seat, and a gorgeous tiled accent wall and backsplash.

One guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, high-quality bedding and the second guest bedroom has been furnished with two twin beds and high-quality bedding. Both guest bedrooms are furnished with Smart TVs.

The updated guest bathroom has a walk-in shower with shower seat and features an accent tile wall and backsplash.

This is a stunning home and squeaky clean. New laminante wood floors throughout with area rugs added for comfort. High quality mid-century modern furnishings throughout and beautiful new bedding and linens. Everything is new (summer 2019), and lots of extra details and amenities. The indoor laundry room leads to the attached garage. The owner stores two private golf carts in the garage, but there is still enough room for one car, and additional parking in the driveway. Sorry, tenants do not have access to the golf carts.

Wi-Fi is provided but please bring your own cell phones as there are no land lines in this home. The owner will consider adding land lines for multiple month bookings, but please inquire first. The pool and spa are located right across the street, just steps away.

This vacation home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac street and is close to a pool and spa. Guests can walk to the weekend College of the Desert Street Fair, just outside the back gate of Rancho Las Palmas, and The River Shopping & Entertainment complex is located just outside the front gate. Also, the Omni Resort which has a world-class day spa and renowned spa services, are located on the grounds and Golf and Tennis are semi-private at Rancho Las Palmas Country Club, so guests have full access, paying the going fees.
