This very popular 300 plan is spacious, and in keeping with the traditional desert look, has been beautifully finished in Southwest décor throughout. Through the wall to wall glass doors and windows, step out to your patio and perfect indoor-outdoor desert living. The extended back patio overlooks a double fairway and the mountains beyond.

There are two guest bedrooms … one with a king size bed, comfortable new bedding and a cable TV and the second guest bedroom has been furnished with two twin beds that can be easily joined to make a king, comfortable new bedding and a cable TV. This twin bedroom also has a built-in office space with a sizable desk and a wireless printer.

The guest bath, located in the hallway, has a combination tub/shower.

The extended back patio looks over an expansive double fairway, (North 5th & 6th) and the Chocolate Mountains beyond. It is furnished with a gas BBQ, outdoor dining that seats four, two chaise lounges and two comfortable chairs with ottomans. Easily, the perfect spot for your morning coffee while watching golfers play through, or dining al fresco while enjoying a gorgeous desert sunset.

This home has an attached garage with ample parking for two cars.

This home is directly across the street from a pool and spa and the location is ideal for guests who enjoy walking.
