First of all we would like to thank you very much for your review, we take your views very seriously and appreciate you taking the time to let us know your thoughts. We hope this would answer a couple of your points. The Number of Staff Re cleaning time. We generally enquire at breakfast whether the guest is ok for the room to be cleaned and if approved then we carry out the cleaning with two of the staff helping out while the other two serve breakfast. The only delay in this happening on time is if the guests don’t want their room cleaned at this time or whether there is a do not disturb sign on the door. However, if the delays that you experienced with room cleaning fell outside of those parameters then we apologize and will work hard to fix this issue. Outdoor Areas Our Gardner / Villa Handyman gets up very early to clean the outdoor areas and work on the gardens before anyone wakes up so as not to disturb anyone. And then he is on hand to help clean any areas when required throughout the day and night. All our staff are trained to give the guests ultimate privacy but are on call at all times to cater to the guests every need, something that we have learned that our guests appreciate. Upon check-in, the staff should confirm with the guests whether they would prefer to have most of their privacy or if they would not mind the team being around and visible at all times at the villa. If there was a miscommunication to this end, we do apologize and will make sure that our future guests are well aware of this. We appreciate your worrying about our wonderful staff member Khun One, and would like to assure you that she has always worn a wrist brace as a protection from an old injury, not because of the amount of work that she has to do, and is aware that help is on hand whenever she requires or requests it.
