Unit 1005 met our needs perfectly for 3 adults and 2 children. What a view from the balcony! We enjoyed the umbrella and 2 chairs throughout our stay. The ocean water and beach were wonderful. Unit 1005 had all the essentials for our stay. The Destin area offers many amenities if it should rain or you need relief from the sun. You can't go wrong vacationing at this property.

This place was amazing! A perfect distance to the beach and very convenient. I went with a group of 8 and the condo was exactly how it is shown in pictures and has everything you could need! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to other friends/family. Also, Millie was amazing! She was very informative, kind and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. She even called halfway through the week to see how our stay was going. The only negative of the whole week was the Friday night before we left, we brought our car up to the entrance to load up our luggage and when we went to park there were no longer enough spaces in the garage or the parking lot for us to park. We had to end up parking on the street. Other than that, this condo was the perfect place to be!

This is my second time staying at Millie's condo. My experience was the same at the first...Clean, equipped with everything you needed, excellent location, family oriented environment, close to everything, great views from the balcony, right on the beach, restaurant on first floor, hot tubs and pools, etc. We really enjoyed ourselves and plan to stay again. This unit is good for a large family and still feel comfortable and relaxed. The home decor is fabulous and very well put together. I like staying in places that make me feel at "home" and this place does exactly that. FUN FOR EVERYONE!!! Please see for yourself....you'll luvitatthebeach...:)

This unit is not only beautifully appointed, but offered unobstructed gulf views from all rooms. The area is peaceful, and the amenities of the condo are very nice. It was truly "Paradise at the Beach" for me and my family. Millie Lusco (owner/manager?) was great to work with. Everything was just as promised. I hope to return there next year.

The only word to describe our stay, perfect. This was the best place my family and I have ever stayed at. Perfect location. Wonderful beach access, not to mention the private beach was nearly empty, just minutes away from the commons. We will be coming back.

We had an amazing, relaxing vacation. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone was comfortable & not cramped. I loved the separate entrances to the balconies, this was probably my favorite asset; I am an early riser & enjoy sitting out & having my coffee, so this was especially nice for me while the rest of the family slept. My friend and I had a great time at Millie's beautiful condo! We really enjoyed the super balcony. Especially nice were the beautiful furnishings and the fact we didn't need to "run out" and pick up appropriate coffee filters, cleaner OR salt or pepper! There was even enough dishwashing liquid and clothes detergent for more than one use! Just every thing you needed along with being furnished beautifully. Millie called to check in with me to make sure everything was in order. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or to refer. Even though it isn't beachside--because of the wonderful walkover we didn't have to worry about traffic and could be on the beach in 5 minutes. The complimentary beach chairs were so nice---just had to carry a bag!! The downstairs restaurant was great--ours were the last beach chairs to be taken in, so we enjoyed take out from there twice. LOVE THIS PROPERTY!

This is a fabulous location for families.so many things to do with the children. The condo had everything I needed and was nicely decorated. The only issue was the noise upstairs, I understand with children it's hard to keep them settled so I dealt with it. I would rent again.

We returned to the place we got married last year. The condo is perfect with great decor and a fabulous view. The owner, Millie is a pleasure to work with and keeps the place in perfect shape!
