We had the best time staying in the apartment at the Fergs. They were very nice to us and were very helpful with directions to help us dodge the traffic.We were just four blocks from the Boardwalk,easy walking distance.The apartment was perfect for us.The pool was great and very private. We had such a good time we will be back every chance we get.There is a park just one block away to walk your dog .They have a lovely place and our apartment was very clean and the porch was very nice to sit and relax.We had the best vacation we ever had and the Fergusons are the best .Hope to get the place again next year. Great place to stay!

My Sister and I really enjoyed our week at Tropical Beach. The apartment was super clean and even in the 100 degree weather we were very cool and comfy inside. Diane and Bobby were delightful host and took care of all of our needs. If you are in the area this is a great place to stay, I know we are looking forward to returning in the future.

We stayed for a week and I wish it could have been longer. So close to everything, there's no lacking for things to do, and yet the place itself is so cozy and inviting that it's hard to leave at all. The owners are super nice and accomadating - I would highly reccomend this or any of their properties.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights while attending an event at Carolina Beach. Had considered the Marriott but so glad we stayed here instead. The apartment is perfect for a couple or small family. Everything was very clean, the water in the shower was hot and abundant. The bed was more comfortable than most 4* hotels that we stay at. Easy walk to the little grocery store, restaurants and bars. We especially enjoyed the screened in patio that afforded us much privacy. Loved the owners Bobby and Dianne and hope to visit again soon.

Diane is a sweet heart... we arrived late with our dogs and they made us feel welcome and like we were part of the family...even after my wife lost the key to our cottage! Actually this was a business trip I was able to take the wife and dogs along and I would advise fellow business travelers to do the same... for less the the cost of a generic Hampton inn you can be a short walk to the beach and great selection of local seafood... it's like a mini vacation while getting paid. This property was wonderful and just amazing for our pets with a screened porch and lovely beach decor! Thanks again Diane and Bobby!

Coco and I enjoyed our stay. We loved the screened in room and the pool. The place is so nice, and close to everything. We always stay at one of Diane's places when we travel to Carolina Beach! It is nice to be able to bring my dog along! Thank you for allowing dogs. We had a great time.

We didnt get to stay here because my daughter is very sick with a terninal diagnosis and we had to cancel. Just want to say how wonderful the owners are. Very understanding d a full refund. Great people!

What a wonderful vacation we had. Apartment was clean and comfortable, pool was great! Bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels, dish clothes, etc. All the conveniences of home without the work Nice screened in patio to relax at the end of the day, central air you can control in the apt. . Two blocks to everything Carolina Beach has to offer, we hardly used the car at all. Short drive to downtown Wilmington, Wrightsville, and ferry to South port Island. Owners very nice and attentive to your needs. If your traveling with your dog, its the perfect scenerio. Dog park 1/2 block down the street with clean up bag dispenser. My pug was the bell of the ball! Everyone was so nice . Will definitely come back, very pleased with our experience.

Spent one night at the Wee Bungalow and 3 nights here. Perfect for a couple or fantastic as a place if you just want a getaway by yourself!!!! Love Diane and Bobby and plan for many future visits in the coming years. Hoping to get a reservation for my birthday in August in The Cottage with them. You would not be disappointed! Beach close with good parking, umbrellas and chairs available for rent if you don't want the hassle of dragging yours down for the day. myself. Til then, I recommend and plan on staying with Diane many times to come! I stayed one night at her Wee Bungalow as I forgot to reserve Wed night when I made my original reservation. She called me first thing Thurs and was already hard at work cleaning this unit for me so I could get switched over as early in the day as possible so I could get settled in and on with my day. She always lets her guests know they can always reach her if they need anything and I tell you that it beats some of the fancy hotels I've stayed in... Brings back memories of childhood beach houses and that's amazing! Great, up to date LCD Tv and fantastic cable for those needed "down" times or late night movie. The only thing I would have changed about this unit is I like going to sleep to a tv and this lovely unit didn't have a bedroom tv... I admit I ended up falling asleep a couple of nights laying on the comfortable couch watching tv... Great screened in porch for relaxing, AC works great...kitchen set up with all you need!!! You'll love any of Diane's units!!!!
