This is the second time we have stayed at this home. It is comfortable with all the amenities. The kitchen has all you would need by way of dishes, cookware, etc. The location is excellent for boating and fishing the bay. The owner is easy to contact and has a well set up place to stay. We would not hesitate to lease this property again.

We had a great time with our family & friends. My husband enjoyed fishing from the back deck and the fishing was great. The home is very comfortable. Can't wait to plan another trip soon.

A very clean and roomy house with a great dock and access to the bays. Everything we were led to believe prior to the stay was factual, the house was very comfortable and in good condition and also in a good location. All the amenities worked and was well supplied. We would highly recommend this vacation rental.

We were very impressed with this vacation home in Rockport. The house was very clean and very well stocked. When we vacation at the coast, we cook and the kitchen was awesome. The location on the canal was a big plus for our fishing excursions. I especially liked the fact that the guys could clean their catch outside at the cleaning station. The wide-open living room and porch with porch swing just made the place perfect. Thank you for a great family vacation!

It is not only a beautiful home, but it is well equipped and gives evidence at every turn of thoughtful and careful planning. We could not be more pleased with our stay!
