We had a very nice time, the house was located to anything we needed. Very close to shopping centers and theme parks. The house was clean and confortable and well equipped. We had a great time.

Our stay was so pleasant. The location is awesome! It's so easy to get to Disney and so close to 192 that going places is very easy. Having those 3 bathrooms was a god send. The kids loved walking down to the pool which was like a block down. And location was so close to such an assortment of restaraunts. Would go back to this house in a heart beat.

Overhaul the location of reserved villa and the furniteres was great and I really advise to select it.

This condo had great features and location for our group that wanted access to downtown Orlando, Disney, Universal, and International Drive. Go UConn!

I found the accolades toons more then adequate and comfortable. It was located close to shopping and restaurants as well as I-4. The only drawback was I was unable to keep my motorcycle trailer at the resort and had to travel off site to store it making it very inconvenient for us. Other then that I would stay again and recommend it to all my family. Thanks for a wonderful trip.

As far as the unit is concerned it was definitely great value for the money. I would definitely stay again. I was frustrated that I paid extra for a "cleaning kit" and didn't get one .There was no cleaner there to wash anything. We arrived at night which meant unpacking the car in the dark .There was no light for the front or back doors. Which made us nervous . Also the pool was locked, when I tried to email the owner the email address was incorrect and the phone number was only Mon-Fri 9-5. Didn't do me any good and I didn't have time to call the main corporate number . These things were all minor so I would say it was still a great stay .Way bigger than we needed .Much better than staying at a hotel. And cheaper too!

My 5 star rating is based on what we got for the low price we paid. I stayed in this home with my wife, our 6 year old son, and my mother in law. We have rented a number of homes in the Kissimmee, FL area during the last 5 years. Some of them have been extremely nice, but we have paid $150+ per night, plus cleaning. This home was not as nice as the others we have stayed in, but it was clean and comfortable, and in a great location. The furniture was a little older, but the home/kitchen was well stocked and the mattresses were very comfortable. My wife was a little apprehensive about renting a lower priced home, but, after our stay, she said she would not hesitate to rent this home again. All we needed was a clean and comfortable place to sleep and cook some meals. Other than that, we were not in the home. If you want plush carpets, granite counter tops, and high grade furniture, this home is not for you. If, however, you would rather put your money into doing things at the theme parks (maybe buying "express passes" so you don't have to wait in line) or having nice dinners at restaurants, then this home would be perfect for you.

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this property close to Disney. All the convenience of home right by the parks!...Great vacation!
