Our stay was nice. The house was clean. The mattress is a little under expectations, but we slept fine.

The place was well maintained and stocked with necessary towels and sheets. A few minor repairs are needed (cracked tile, ripped blind, ripped screen, water cooker had major calk build up). The owner communication was great and quick. My kids enjoyed the playground and pool. To my surprise, someone came by to maintain the hot tub. Instructions for the TV might be helpful for those with different cable systems. I felt the place was almost too big for my kids and I but the value was great verses a hotel. I would liked to have seen some more plastic kids' plates and a microwave plate cover, but that is minor. Don't forget to bring a night light if your kids still need one. We had a very relaxing time. Everything involved with organizing and getting set up in the villa was easy and convenient. We found it a blessing to return to the cool to crash at midday and in the evening after busy days at the parks. The unit was clean and had everything we needed to make it feel like a home away from home.

We visited Paradise Cay for a last minute getaway vacation. The condo was everything and more that was advertised. It was very large and comfortable, tastefully furnished and so very peaceful. After a day of shopping and enjoying the attractions, it was wonderful to relax and wind down. The beds were very comfortable and the entire visit was perfect, no problems at all. We will certainly visit there again. My family is telling everyone about Paradise Cay! Even though it was last minute, the owner was very accommodating, and we booked with no problem.

My husband and I recently stayed in Clement's townhouse with our 2 small children (ages 9 mths and 4). The townhouse was very clean and I felt comfortable letting our baby crawl around the carpet! All furniture seems to be very very new and well maintained. The townhouse was well stocked with kitchen items, linens, and anything extra that you need for a comfortable stay. The location was great and was close to all the attractions that we wanted to visit. Restaurants and walmart are also just "literally" around the corner. We would definately stay here again! Thanks again for all the help and the amazing deal you offered!

This house is beautiful!! The pictures do not give it justice. We had an amazing girl's weekend and everything we needed was there. When we opened the front door, we knew that we were going to have wonderful weekend. The house was exactly what we needed for our girls getaway!. The price was right, the instructions were detailed, and it was a pleasure working with the owner of this house. I would definitely be happy to stay here again! Thanks Clement!
