We loved our time at Indian Rocks. This condo has plenty of room and lots of amenities like beach chairs, extra towels, blender, iPod player, books, nice bedding. Owners were very nice. I would recommend especially if you want to be on the beach.

Great loacation and view. Nice condo with updates, more to come. Owner great to work with. Easy payment to realty company. Will stay there again if dates work out for what we need. Libby

Owner's reply: Thanks for the nice comments Libby. We are happy to get any suggestions you have to improve the property. We will be replacing all the carpets in all three bedrooms with tile in the next two weeks. This has been a concern of many renters so we are finally able to address it. We would love to have you back again Libby.

“Wonderful views”

Nice décor loved overall look and the kitchen was stocked nicely with everything. Wondeful flow into living space and balcony loved the fireplace would be nice in winter.......The intoxicating view and sound of the gulf was delicious! For our pet..however almost non existant room to walk her as beach is not pet friendly and traffic busy Gulf Boulevard difficult. We went to pet park however;signage read it was for Indian Rocks beach residents? Wifi for my laptop went out 2nd evening late and it was needed for business next a.m. TV, in living room had to be manually changed at box one channel at a time otherwise wasn't working correctly. My neighbor had same Wifi issues. Bathroom seat was damaged so we used 2nd bathroom which was nicely done. .Our inconveniences were somewhat annoying and. I was told the pool would be warm enough to swim in and it was too cold for me and no one else swam in it either. Usually I can take cool water..... The gulf was warm enough for brief swimming and walking in the surf. making up for some of the annoyance with pool .Weather made this trip along with views great.... I would stay again hopefully with issues not recurring if an opening but in warmer season to possibly use pool as it has no heater.Our outside temps were in mid 80's and nighttime around 70ish which I think of as very comfortable Restaurants with walking distance and across the causeway we found Largo and shopping.! 4 Stars restaurants within walking distance and quite good food.Across the causeway we found Largo for shopping and groceries. Casablanco is nicely situated and the gulf was wonderful......

Owner's reply: We always appreciate renter feedback and suggestions. We have addressed the bathroom seat trouble. AV electronics is always tricky. Renters can always call our rental agent to get assistance with any trouble. I will review setting when we are staying at Casablanca this holiday season. Thanks for your comments Barbara! This condo has great views, a great kitchen and living space. TV was easy to use and very easy to sign onto their wireless network. The living area is very comfortable. It has 3 bedrooms but we only used one of them. The carpet in the master needs replaced as it's stained and looks dirty. But the views out the master are spectacular. For us, that was the only detractor except for the dust bunnies in the air vents and the elevator which needs updated and cleaned. Again, this place is all about the views and you won't be disappointed. Great locations with some of the beaches best restaurants close by.

Owner's reply: Cheryl - Thanks for your kind review and for staying with us at Casablanca. We appreciate your feedback as without it we can not continue to offer a high quality experience. The carpets have already been scheduled to be replaced this fall. We will provide your comments also to our cleaning company and ask them to take note of the air vents etc. Oh the elevator - what a beauty! We are working as an association on a longer-term plan to update/replace etc. Thanks again for your Business
