Note to all vacation home owners regarding this guest: Be prepared for your property to be left a filthy mess. Be prepared to have extra guests stay overnight. Be prepared for lies and deception. We thought we rented our beautiful vacation home to two mature ladies. One slightly disabled. We spoke on the phone prior to arrival and explained our condo was a walk-in level no stairs unit, but not handicap accessible. The guest stated that would be fine. Guest rental agreement clearly states our parking permit must be placed on the windshield when parked on property. Guest failed to do so. With no parking permit displayed, our wonderful housekeeper politely knocked on the door a few minutes early to see if anyone was there because guests often leave a bit early. Our very polite housekeeper apologized for knocking and told the guest to take their time, no problem. This was discussed on the phone with guest after departure. Guest indicated all was fine. Rental agreement states that condo must be left in clean condition and very simple minimum check out procedures followed including taking trash to dumpster RIGHT OUTSIDE the building. Our very experienced and excellent housekeeper called us terribly upset upon discovering that the condo had been totally trashed and advised it would take twice the normal time to clean. Garbage left everywhere, floors, counters, a shameful mess. We have photos. There are two King Size bedroom suites in the condo. We rented to two mature ladies. The pull-out sleeper sofa in the great room had obviously been used, all the extra pillows, blankets, etc sprawled all over. When asked about this in a phone call following guest departure, guest denied anyone extra stayed overnight. The lady's friend was near the phone and was clearly heard to say "Please don't lie." In spite of this, no extra charge was made for extra laundry. An extra general cleaning charge was made due to extra time and cleaning required. We have been blessed with very considerate guests who treat our home like their own. In all the years of renting we have never experienced such disrespect for our property. To add insult this guest chose to post a negative review regarding our highly sought after lakefront vacation home. We take great pride in maintaining our home and great pleasure in receiving fabulous compliments and excellent reviews. Our vacation home remains the best on Table Rock Lake! Our family stayed in this beautiful condo on the lake near Branson over Thanksgiving and enjoyed it very much. The owners could not have been more pleasant and the condo could not have been more comfortable. It is spotlessly clean. The property is just as described, located away from the lights and traffic of Branson, but close enough to drive into town for a nice dinner and show. We enjoyed Shoji Tabuchi and Pierce Arrow. Staying on the lake was quite beautiful and peaceful, just exactly what we hoped for. The condo is very large with a great floor plan, warm and inviting, plenty of space for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. Much better than a hotel and I believe we saved money by having most meals in the condo. Nice grocery store close by. There are tons of nice dishes, plenty of silverware, lots of extras. Beds are comfortable, furniture is nice. The owners thought of everything. People we met at the resort were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely choose to stay here again when we come back to the area.

My family of six had a great time at this condo. The condo was very comfortable with all the amenitieis of home with a grat view from the balcony. The pool area was great and we were able to have a barbeque just off the pool deck using one of the very nice community grills that was available. It was an extremely relaxing time and my wife is already talking about going back!
Our family of 20 stayed at the Fabulous Table Rock Lake Condos,we had 5 units in all!! It was just wonderful, the condos are secluded back off the main traffic ,but close enough to get to "any" part of the Branson area that you want to go! We were able to stay at the very equipped condos & grill out & not go out! We also rented a boat at the Lake mariana which is just so close & the people were so kind & helpful! Our condos were all beautiful, with everything you need . W/D was great!!! Stanless steel appliances, wood flooring , master suite wth walkin closet!!! All in all we just loved this place. We spent a week in the condo and loved it! The rooms were big, the furniture was comfortable and the Kitchen was fully stocked with everything a kitchen needs. All we did is bring food and cloths and move in. We had my Mother, and our two childern with, everything was perfect, down to the toy box that was provided for the kids to use. Thank you so much, this was a terrific stay.
We travel quite a bit and this is one of the nicest condos we've ever stayed in. The furnishings are top quality, the views of the lake are amazing, and the Majestic complex is first class. The swimming dock/boat slips are great and easy to access. Buddy and his wife were very easy to work with, and the rental transaction was very simple. We received our cleaning deposit refund just a day or two after we left. We will definitely be back to stay in this condo again.
