I celebrated my 60th birthday with family in this beautiful place. From the very first communication with Rosie, the property manager, to our parting when she offered to take us to the airport - I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We were greeted with a big smile and a refrigerator full of beverages (including a beautiful bottle of red wind) and snacks to get us going. At my request, Rosie arranged for lovely Rosa to cook some regional meals for us that were fantastic! We wanted to take her home with us! If you like to walk out your front door and be on a fantastic beach full of locals, hear the waves lapping the shore as you go to sleep and wake up in the morning, be within walking distance of the old town and Malecon and, well, just have everything you could possibly need at your disposal to make up for a fantastic stay - this is the place for you! Thank you Rosalva for providing us with your excellent and thoughtful customer service and hospitality! I will recommend this property to anyone I know going to PV, and we will be back!

I was impressed the first time I stayed here, amazed the second, but this last stay over New Years was the ultimate. Watching the fireworks from the pool area has to be one of the bests spots in all of Vallarta. We had our new years eve dinner a couple blocks away at a very nice restaurant. Then a walk along the Melicon to do a little people watching and back to the house around 11:00. For the firework display. My adult children have fallen in love with this place as much as I have and told me I can never come here again without inviting them :) All inclusive resorts are okay, but until you try renting this house on the beach near the Melicon. You haven't experienced the real beauty of Vallarta. Again thanks to all the staff and owner. You have made an incredible family memory for me and my kids. See you again very soon.

My family, (Me (36), Wife(35), Son(11) and Daughter(9), stayed here for two weeks September 24 to October 8. Waited over a month to review just to let it sink in. Puerto Vallarta is really a beautiful place. The ocean, the amazing sunsets, the beach, the mountains, the food, the boardwalk and most importantly the friendly Mexican people. This rental is perfect to experience all of the above right on the ocean in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. The house is very well kept and clean and all amenities are within a 5 minute walk. Great for families as our two kids had a blast and are still talking about it. l would definitely recommend to anyone. Five stars easy!!

From picking us up at the airport, a well stocked kitchen, clean and luxurious villa, spectacular views from sparkling pool or restful chaise lounge overlooking beach, convenient location to shops and restaurants....we really couldn't have asked for more. The staff was highly responsive to any questions. We really relaxed and enjoyed our first visit to PV, and hope to come back soon.

I've stayed in the Villa Première and a house just down the beach many, many times over the last 10 years. And can honestly say this one tops them all. I have admired this house walking by on the beach and always thought what a beautiful place. Well this summer I noticed it on this rental site and had to check it out. I stayed 4 nights in early September and have already re booked for over the Christmas break for me and my adult children. This place is even nicer on the inside than I could have imagined. A very important thing for me in a vacation rental is how it is maintained and this one didn't disappoint in any way. Everything is clean and very well kept. If I had to rate this place on a scale from 1 to 10. It would get a 10 in every category. I'm already checking out available times in early spring. Seven of us stayed for two weeks in the house and had a delightful time. The house has a striking position with a view across the whole bay to the distant mountains to both the South and the North. Puerto Vallarta has the most spectacular sunsets that any of us had ever seen. The house is right above the beach, and you can watch and hear the surf. It's a short walk to restaurants, a huge supermarket, and the Malecon, the promenade of Puerto Vallarta. The master bedroom is large with a spectacular view, and the other two bedrooms are fine. All of them have en suite bathrooms, and one has a bath. The living room and well equipped kitchen are side by side, creating a great family space. There is full air conditioning, which most people will need if you are there in the summer. You can eat inside or outside beside the pool. We enjoyed the pool. We'd go back and maybe will one day.
