We were very happy with the house. It was well decorated and clean. The pool was also a blessing to have for my grandchildren. The homeowner was very helpful. I would recommend this home to anyone and will stay there if I go back again.

Wow! We were blown away at the fabulous accommodations this wonderful home offers. Nice, Clean, 15 minutes from the parks, and great pool area. Also the owners were wonderful to work with and just fabulous all around. We would definitely come back again.

Beautiful place to stay! Minutes from all of our destinations! Parks and attractions close!!! Easy to find! Beautiful rooms! Big kitchen! Pool was amazing! I recommend hearing if in October! Was a little chilly! The kids loved the game room! Did I mention we brought our four legged friend Lucy!? She was at home and was well behaved!!! I'm so greatful! Dave was amazing at keeping in contact all thought process! Defiantly a vacation home we will continue to go back to!!! See YA soon :)

Very conveniently located to all major parks. Beautiful pool. Kids loved every minute. Landlord very helpful and easy to contact. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

We stayed at this home for 2 weeks. I was very happy with everything about this home. It was very clean and had such a cozy feel to it. The homeowner was very helpful and nice. I would recommend this home to anyone and go back again if I get the oportunity comes around:)

We had a great experience with our Florida rental. The house had everything we needed enjoyed our stay very much. It's was close to everything we wanted to see and also nice to be able to just sit by the pool and relax. Thanks for a great stay

My husband and I rented this place for us and our son and wife and two small children. Upon driving down the street I wondered if it was too close to the highway or if the right neighbour hood, well it was perfect. The property is so well looked after. The layout it amazing and the pool is fabulous. The owner has done a great job decorating and furnishing the house. It is a short drive to Disney and many, many golf courses. We did Disney two days and came home for a rest each day and then went back. We did most of our meals at the house as it was equipped with anything we needed. Shopping is a short distance and many restaurants near by. This property would be perfect for two families or couples as there are two master bedrooms. Anyone with any questions or concerns may ask the owner Dave for my information to call for a recommendation. Book it is my advise!

This was my family's first actual vacation and we were very pleased with the house that we chose. To be honest when we first drove up to the property we were not expecting the houses to be as close as they were going by the pictures on the internet. How ever, once we walked through the door we saw what made us decide to rent this property. The house was beautiful inside! It was a very comfortable home, the kids didn't want to leave. We had a couple issues but the owner was always available to help and never complained about me having to call him. The pool was enjoyable, and I especially loved the main master bedroom. It was so roomy, and my daughter and I were (fighting) over who was going to take a bath first in the huge tub! Once again it was very relaxing and I would rent this home again, Thanks Dave!!

As soon as we arrived at the vacation house, we took turns on taking pictures in front of the house. I let the four women(my mom, my sister, my sister in-law, and my wife) enter first and they were so amazed of the interiors and the cleanliness, the game room. We had so much fun staying there, so relaxing after we visited the Holy Land. Thank You.

We picked Davenport because it's only 2 exits from Disney off I4 in a family town not the craziness of of Kissimmee or Orlando. Lots of new restaurants, shopping plazas and places to grab last minute items for our week at Disney. Our kids and friends loved the house especially the pool & game room. The house was furnished very modern with a large flatscreen in the livingroom. With 3 bathrooms, the other families had their own privacy. We were in town for 7 nights for a dance competition & convention for nationals and we needed to have a nice kitchen & washer/dryer for our busy in and out week. It only took 10 minutes to get to Disney property were the event took place. We will definitely stay here again and so will the moms & daughters who shared the house with us. Everyone is so happy we didn't stay in a hotel that week. This huge house was our home away from home. Thanks to the owner Dave for always texting me back and returning my calls. I had lots of questions. Our deposit check was in our hands within 5 days of checking out of the vacation home. Can't say enough great things about the whole experience. Stop looking, book this house, it's perfect.
