The condo had everything need to make our first trip and stay on Marco Island a good one. The owner supplied us with complete lists for anything we might want to do, which was very helpful. The bed was higher than normal and for us was a bit of a problem to get onto. The king size was prefect. The closeness to the beach and all the equipment provided by the owner was wonderful. The newly updated bathroom with a step in shower was helpful. Even the furniture outside on the porch was comfortable. We were provided with an under cover parking space. One of the best places we ate was Joey's Pizza on Collier Blvd.. it was truly surprising and not your typical pizza place. Since one elevator was being replaced the wait ( we were on the 9th floor) was sometimes a little long and the fact that the outer island was overwhelmed with some kind of small gnat- like.. yet to be identified black bugs (I called the island government offices) which had never appeared in 21 years prior are the only minor negatives but since the start rating is for overall experience I included those in the rating. Otherwise this would have been 5 stars.
