In the summer, the Attitash Mountain Resort is cool spot that’s not only enjoyable in the winter, but also the summer; they have this super fun 4,300-foot rollercoaster named the Nor’Easter Mountain Coaster that the family will love. Wildcat Mountain in Pinkham Notch might be the coldest mountain in New England, but they get great snow and is a good time. And another interesting activity in the mountains you’ll want to check out it is the Mt. Washington Cog Railway; Mt. Washington is New England’s highest peak, and this old fashioned railway will take you all the way to the top, and provide some amazing views.

The coolest natural attraction you’ll want to find time for is the ‘Old Man of the Mountain’. The ‘Old Man of the Mountain’ is a rock formation on Cannon Mountain that resembles the face of an old man.
