Stylish and attractive, this property nestles within a rural landscape of farmland and smallholdings between the charming seaside town of Conil de la Frontera, with its array of fine golden beaches and fish restaurants, and the secluded sandy coves at Roche.  Both of these delightful coastal areas can be reached within 10 - 15 minutes by driving down a country lane and through protected pine forests, whilst just a 500m walk away is the nearest restaurant and a small mini-market for essentials.

As we stepped through the front door, we found the smart décor and chic fabrics of this comfortable home appealingly eye-catching.  Its traditional whitewashed walls are framed by high, wood beamed ceilings and ceramic floors, whilst the bespoke kitchen and bathrooms are complemented with brightly coloured tiles.  Elegant lighting and opulent mirrors feature throughout the house, which has been equipped and furnished to offer the utmost comfort.

No doubt much of your time will be spent outside and the west-facing terrace, overlooking the enticing pool, is the perfect spot in which to unwind after a day at the beach.  Alongside the pool, the well equipped barbecue area has been ideally designed for preparing and enjoying meals al fresco.

this property is only 4.7km from the fishing town of Conil de la Frontera, where you can enjoy the wide array of restaurants to be found in the pedestrianised town centre and along the beachfront promenade or shop in the local fresh food markets which brim with organic seasonal fruit and vegetables, sourced locally and evident in the nearby surroundings.  For days out, the sandy cove of Cala de Aceite is only 2.5km away; within easy reach is the picturesque hilltop 'pueblo blanco' of Vejer de la Frontera (25km) whilst the ancient city of Cádiz and the sherry and flamenco capital of Jerez can be accessed within an hour via car or public transport.
