The arched oak door opens into the cobblestone courtyard and to the main entrance. As you enter the main hallway you are greeted with fabulous views of surrounding hillsides and valleys. An inner archway leads into the impressive lounge with comfortable sofa seating, corner bar, plasma TV, Bluetooth music system, PlayStation 3, DVD.

The attractive dining room has seating for 10 persons and a doorway to a covered terrace affording those views.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, walk-in pantry, doorway to side patio and poolside terrace and a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

Superbly presented throughout with a wealth of beams, cooling terracotta tiles, Mediterranean pastal coloured walls painted in "Tierra Florestinas" style creating a delightful summer ambience.

Outside

Another special feature of "this property" are the colourful mature gardens with winding pathways meandering through the lawns to various areas providing their own features. One area is shaded by scented pines providing welcome shade from the summer sun - ideal for afternoon siestas.

The crystal clear eco (no chlorine) swimming pool has the latest - sal agua system ensuring the cleanest freshest pool water and sun parasol. To one side of the curved pool with tiled "dolphin" feature and roman steps is the brick built BBQ with covered side terrace and dining area. This valley is a haven for so many birds, so for walkers and nature lovers this is an ideal location from where you can walk along and up the winding country tracks to the spectacular hilltop with the 1000 year old "Castell Santuiri" commanding views over much of Mallorca.
