This stunning, fully air-conditioned villa is a spacious, brand new property located in the beautiful Ibizan countryside.

The design of the house blends together traditional Spanish style with modern architecture, the result is this beautiful stylish and comfortable villa.

Inside there are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The bedrooms are all good sizes, with either garden, countryside or pool views, and all fully air conditioned.

The huge outside terrace is a perfect spot for wining and dining. The amazing salt water swimming pool (great for your skin!) and jacuzzi area is built to the highest standard, with eye catching green tiles creating an incredible contrast to the blue skies. At dusk you will see the incredible colours of the sunset from the West coast light up the sky with orange and pinks too.

Next to the pool you have a BBQ area with sink and bathroom, and a large outdoor dining table, for al fresco dining.

Inside the house, the large, modern and very convenient open plan kitchen has got almost direct exit to the terrace. Except for all the modern luxuries in the villa, the other huge advantage is the location. The villa is close to the Ibiza – San Antonio Road, making it extremely well connected; 15 minutes to Ibiza town and the entire party scene, and 5 minutes away from San Antonio and its famous Sunset Spots. Some of the best beaches on the island are located a short drive away, such as Cala Salada, Cala Bassa, Cala Conta and many more.

We recommend getting a hire car for this location, for the best service and rates for car hire and airport transfers, please ask. We can also advise you of the local and private taxi firms.

Please note: There is an Eco-tax of €2.20 per day to be paid on arrival at the property, in euro cash.

Please note a Security Deposit of €3000 is due on arrival at the villa by credit/debit card.

CHECK-IN

Leaving the airport, please call us and we will meet you at the villa to check you in, and check the passport to confirm the identity of the person who has made the property booking and signed the booking pack. At the same time, we will take any outstanding payments and answer any questions.

The fees regarding out of hours check in/check out are as per our terms and conditions.

Our working hours are 8am – 8pm, for arrivals and departures not within these hours, the following surcharges apply:

Check-in/out between 8pm - 11pm - 30 Euros

Check-in/out between 11pm - 6am - 45 Euros

Check-in/out between 6 am -8 am – 30 euros

These charges are not for you to extend your holiday stay; they are for our team members to meet you at the property outside of our working hours.

PLEASE NOTE: If bookings are 2 weeks or more, then an extra cleaning is necessary every 7 days and the payment is extra on top of the advertised price.
