Villa Papaya is a unique one bedroom villa on a shared property that coexists with nature, surrounded by beautiful gardens, iguanas and a vast variety of birds. Being one of the only one bedroom casita, situated in the Las Olas Subdivision, a prestigious, gated, beach front community, Villa Papaya is less than a three minute walk to the main beach and a short, ten minute, casual walk to the quaint village of San Pancho.

The two private, detached casitas, Villa Papaya and Villa Granada are beautifully decorated, each with a queen size bed in a loft setting, a wooden closest, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living area. In between both casitas is a shared patio with a sitting area and covered BBQ.

The close proximity to the beach and the town center, coupled with its magnificent accommodations and the finely manicured gardens, provides an incomparable oasis of relaxation and enjoyment. Relax indoors or under the stars, gaze at the stunning, multi-colored sunsets and listen to the surf breaking just steps away. Villa Papaya will provide everything you’ll need to ensure a premier, relaxing vacation in paradise!

This property consists of three separate units, the two casitas, Villa Granada & Villa Papaya and the four bedroom main house which can be rented by itself without the two casitas as Casa Acuarelas.
