The Calla apartment, located in a beautiful estate situated in one place and with a splendid panoramic view over the valley.

The property, which houses another 3 independent apartments, is surrounded by greenery and tranquility; covers about 40 hectares, between olive groves and vineyards, flowers and plants will surround; Here the owner after the September grape harvest makes wine and excellent olive oil that can possibly be purchased.

The estate is part of a historic villa of 1700 already 'Tenuta di Carlo Ludovico of Bourbon hunting, Duke of Lucca and later the home of Elena Baciocchi, sister of Napoleon Bonaparte.

The surrounding countryside is ideal for walking or cycling. Guests can also reach the old town of Lucca in a short time, the other cities of Tuscany and the Versilia coast with its golden sandy beaches.
