Villa Jade, is a perfect family holiday home, situated on a huge fenced land and only 5 min drive from the village of San Juan, famous for Sunday Markets.

The House is by a little forest and surrounded by stunning local nature and hill views. If you are looking to disconnect and find some peace and quiet this is a perfect place for you.

The villa has great and easy access, but is totally private. You will not be bothered by anyone while staying at this idyllic property, just you, your family and the heavenly scenery if Ibiza countryside.

On the ground floor of the property, you will find a charming terrace that is a perfect space for al fresco dining, equipped with a BBQ and looking out to the beautiful garden.

The house has a large pool, with very spacious poolside perfect for all day lazing in the sun.

This property has so many different spaces that each of you will find a private corner, ideal for recharging.

Inside the house there are 4 bedrooms, sleeping comfortably 8 people. There is a master bedroom on the first floor, with its bathroom, salon and terrace with breathtaking views. Actually it's more like a studio. So if you are looking for and additional privacy this will provide you with just this.

There are 3 twin bedrooms downstairs, sharing 2 bathrooms. At the bottom floor you will also find a cozy lounge, fully equipped kitchen and dining space with the exit to the terrace.

The house is fully air conditioned, providing you with a cool space on those hot Spanish summer days.

It has full English tv with sky tv, movies and sports. There are also hundreds of channel options in German, Italian, Dutch, Belgium, Maltese and French, including kids tv, movies, entertainment and sports. There are also weekly updated movies, box sets and a karaoke program. (Please note, microphones not included!)

Please note this is a rural home and comes with extras, these will be totally taken care of and are enclosed. Thus will not cause any problems just add character to your stay. When you approach the drive you will be able to see a very happy chicken family living their peaceful life. The chickens are away from the house, and they will not disturb you in anyway when you are in the house or in the garden. In the far end of the garden there is Perlita’s enclosure. Perlita is owners’ pet goat. She will not be bothering you, but she is there.

The house is only couple minutes drive from renovated San Juan road, which will take you to all the key points of the island. Being up in the north , even when the island is heaving in the peak of season you have much higher chances of finding a more relaxed beach near by. Only short drive away there is stunning Ca Xaracca and Cala Xuclar, with highly recommended chiringuito by the locals. Not much further you can find famous Portinax and Cala St. Vicente.You will be also nearby iconic Benniras Beach, where every Sunday during the sunset time you can watch hippin playing drums. Villa Can Carmen is a perfect Ibiza holiday home, especially if you looking to taste a bit more authentic side of the island and connect with nature.

And if you head south a 30 min drive will bring you to Ibiza town. The capital of the island, where you can wander around the small boutiques, bars and museums within the old fortress, go shopping or have a meal out in a vast selection of restaurants. For those of you who want to enjoy the night-life of Ibiza, the nightclub Pacha is located here, you have a choice of stylish bars in the mariner, and Playa den Bossa is just 5 minutes away with the famous clubs of Hard Rock Hotel and Ushuaia.

Car hire is highly recommended for this property, if you would like information on the best and most reliable car hire services and airport transfers, just ask.

No extra beds can be added to the villa. There is an Eco-tax of €2.20 per day to be paid on arrival at the property, in euro cash.

PLEASE NOTE: If bookings are 2 weeks or more, then an extra cleaning is necessary every 7 days and the payment is extra on top of the advertised price.

CHECK-IN

Leaving the airport, please call us and we will meet you at the villa to check you in, and check the passport to confirm the identity of the person who has made the property booking and signed the booking pack. At the same time, we will take any outstanding payments and answer any questions.

The fees regarding out of hours check in/check out are as per our terms and conditions.

Our working hours are 10am – 6pm, for arrivals and departures not within these hours, the following surcharges apply:

Check in/out between 6pm - 8pm - 20 euros

Check in/out between 8pm - 11pm - 30 Euros

Check in/out between 11pm - 6am - 45 Euros

Check in/out between 6am -8am - 30 euros

Check in/out Between 8am - 10am - 20 Euros
