Welcome to the award winning Regal Beach Club!

Unit 521 has been recently upgraded (2019), it is a second floor, two-bedroom villa and has a sleeping capacity of 6 people. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king if requested and a bathroom right across the hall. There is also a great pull out sofa in the living room.

You can relax on the private screened in patio while looking at the view of the crystal blue sea and center gardens. Head down the stairs and you are only steps away from the World Famous Seven Mile Beach where you can relax under the shade of the umbrellas, take a stroll along the white sand beach or perhaps take a dip in the swimming pool!

The open concept kitchen, dining and living space has all the desired amenities like flat screen TV with cable, High speed Wifi and telephone for free local calls. There is a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience and to keep your personal items secure there is a safe located in the unit.

A property manager is available at the front office that can help with tour suggestions, dining, transpiration and more. The property manager is also available after hours for any emergent matters, just a phone call away!

Staying at Regal Beach brings a load of convieneces. You are in walking distance to many restaurants, a wonderful yoga studio, coffee shops, ATM, water sports activities. The Marriott hotel which by the way has amazing afternoon teas and Sunday brunches is right next door. A 3-5 minute walk up the beach you will find Royal Palm Beach Bar and Restaurant and next to that is a new location called Coral Beach, both have great food and cocktails! Lets not forget the stunning Camana Bay which boasts a lively waterfront complex where you can satisfy your foodie cravings, browse the boutiques, shop for all things local and explore the weekly Farmers & Artisans Market, there is the also the Cinema!
