Smiths Beach Beauty!

Lovely family beach house only 300m to beautiful Smiths Beach (patrolled in summer)!

The house is just a 2 minute walk to the popular general store, which has great food and is licensed, and the Island surf school.

The house is perfect for a family holiday - with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate living areas (both with TVs and DVD players).

Relax and unwind on the large deck, with outdoor setting and BBQ overlooking private yard.

It's a great place for the kids, with a large enclosed yard, boogie boards you can take to the beach, and board games, puzzles, books and movies to relax at home.

The home sleeps 10 people. The upstairs master bedroom (Queen bed) has an en suite and deck from which you can glimpse the sea. Downstairs there are three bedrooms (1 x Queen bed, 1 x Double bed, and two sets of bunks (4 x Single beds). All bedrooms have heaters.

- Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer

The property is fully self contained, however you are required to bring your own sheets, towels and pillow cases.

The property is fully self-contained, (doonas with covers and pillows are provided), however, you are required to bring your own top/bottom sheets, pillow slips, towels and bath mats, or you can hire these for an extra charge.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent.  If the accompanying guardian is not present we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply.

It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. Please provide ages upon booking request.

You will be required to sign Terms & Conditions and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival/on check in.

All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

We endeavour to answer your queries as soon as possible.

Bookings -  are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners.

Bonds – Some properties request a bond and pet friendly properties require a standard $200 dog bond.

Cancellation - If cancellation is caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. No refunds will be made for early departure/cancellation or refusal to stay at a booked property 30 days prior to the date booked.

All keys may be picked up and must be returned to our office at Cowes.
