With original brickwork, oak wood floor and beams and comfortable, modern furnishings, these beautiful properties combine modern practicality with old-world charm and offer pleasant, high-standard rustic accommodation.Set in a working fruit farm, visitors to these three lovingly renovated semi-detached barn conversions will enjoy a complimentary welcome hamper of home grown produce and toiletries on their arrival, courtesy of the farm shop. Of these three properties, the Cow Pen offers a great romantic getaway. With one double en-suite bedroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, the accommodation here is all on a single level for easy access. The Cow Pen is a wonderful little hideaway, well suited to exploring the delights of the region.

Village shop 10 mins walk, pub 1 mile. Note: 6 fishing reservoirs next to owner's grounds available for fishing at £7 per day. Children must be supervised. Note: Although all ground floor, this property is unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Laundry, pool and Hot tub opening hours are 9am - 6pm

The bard's birthplace and other houses connected to his family are open all year round, giving visitors a great idea of what life in Tudor England was like. Bordered by beautifully landscaped parks, the river Avon itself is a hive of activity throughout summer months. With cruises, rowing and motor-boat rides, this waterway can by enjoyed by everyone. With Warwick and the Cotswold villages of Stow-on-the-Wold nearby, Stratford is a great base from which to explore the rest of this charming region.
