This unusual, wooden shepherd's hut is situated next to the owner's smallholding, less than 4 miles from the town of St Asaph in North Wales and can sleep two people in one bedroom.The Shire Hut is an unusual, wooden shepherd's hut is situated next to the owner's smallholding, less than 4 miles from the town of St Asaph in North Wales. The property can sleep two people in one double bedroom with a separate wet room inside the hut.The remainder of the property is made up of open plan studio accomodation with kitchen and dining area with dining table and woodburning stove. To the outside is off road parking for one car. There is a decked patio area with furniture, BBQ and patio heater. The Shire Hut will make a wonderful holiday at any time of the year.

Amenities: Electric radiators with woodburning stove. Gas oven with 3 ring hob, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of DVDs. Fuel, power and fuel for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Decked patio with furniture, BBQ and patio heater. Air conditioning. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Double bed is in open plan living space and accessed from one side only. Note: Maybe suitable for assisted wheelchair users. Dogs can run free in Acre Park. Pets are not permitted to be left in the hut alone but the owner offers a free heated dog kennel. Note: Two adults, or one adult and one child only. The city offers delightful riverside parkland and a children’s play area with picturesque river walks where you may see kingfishers, sparrow hawks and buzzards.
