Welcome to our “off the grid” Hillside Cabin! Invite the entire family and your friends to join you on your Hocking Hills vacation when you stay here. Our Hillside Cabin is a beautiful, spacious open-concept property that easily accommodates 12 guests with its comfortable living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and large back deck. When you stay here, you are centrally located to all outdoor activities and fun. Disconnect from the world a bit to explore, experience, and enjoy the Hocking Hills and Wayne National Forest like you never have before.

Upon arrival to the Hillside Cabin, guests are welcomed to a newly resided cabin that sits on top of a beautiful forest covered hillside! You will walk into the Hillside Cabin to a beautifully remodeled space with knotty pined walls and two comfortable living spaces. The entire cabin has been completely remodeled to make our guests feel like they are at a home away from home. There is a fully equipped kitchen that gives you the ability to cook delicious, home-made meals throughout your stay. Just located off the living room is a large bedroom and a master bath with a soaking tub. Take a relaxing bath after exploring state parks and partaking in outdoor activities. There are three additional spacious bedrooms where our guests can enjoy maximum comfortability in the Queen-sized beds. The second living room offers a great space to cozy up next to the wood burning fireplace with your loved ones while watching a movie marathon. One of the best features of the cabin is the large back deck, excellent for outdoor entertainment. You and your guests can grill juicy hamburgers or steaks over the grill. Relax in the hot tub after a long day of exploring nearby trail systems. Spend time around the outdoor firepit sitting around a crackling warm fire sharing memories, laughing over drinks, and roasting marshmallows. Make sure you take advantage of the picturesque views of the surrounding wildlife, the beautiful fall foliage, and the gorgeous starry skies because these are views that you don’t see every day. At our Hillside Cabin, you can create memories of a lifetime with family, friends, and your fur babies!

At the Hillside Cabin, you are close to all outdoor attractions including Hocking Hills State Parks. Guests must check out Ash Cave, Cantwell Cliffs, Cedar Falls, Conkles Hollow, Old Man’s Cave, Rockbridge, and Rockhouse at Hocking Hills State Park. Some other great attractions include Lake Hope State Park, Moonville Tunnel, and Zaleski State Forest. All nearby trails and must check out places are located nearby. You can’t go wrong with spending time outdoors!

Getting around

We recommend driving your own vehicle because Lyft and Uber are limited in our area. 4WD is HIGHLY recommended during winter months. The driveway is gravel and offers plenty of parking for our guests.

Getting here

We disclose the address to the property one week prior to the stay. Guests will check in at our office where we provide directions to the property.

Interaction with guest

Guests must check-in at Adventure Pro Outdoors, located at 1299 E Canal St, Nelsonville Ohio, to get keys. Check in time is 3PM - 8PM Mon - Thu & 3PM - 9PM Fri - Sat. If guests plan on arriving later than our designated check in times, they must make us aware at the time of booking. Once guests arrive to the cabin, we may interact with the guests as requested & to ensure our guests are comfortable with their stay. We ask that guests call us if they have any issues during their stay because we will happily accommodate our guests needs.
