This delightsome, detached lodge rests in Kenwick near Louth, Lincolnshire and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.There are three bedrooms: one king-size with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and two twins. Bathroom with a bath, a shower over it, a basin, and a WC. Living area with an open layout that includes a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. Central heating powered by electricity. The kitchen hosts an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine which are all electric. For entertainment there is a DVD player and TV. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Three cars can be parked off-road. There is decking with furniture. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. 0.5 mile to a shop and a pub. Please be aware that there are steps leading up to the decking; please use caution. Please keep in mind that the decking is not enclosed; please keep this in mind when booking. There are several on-site amenities, including a luxury spa, a shop, a bar/restaurant, and a golf course (all at extra charge). Please keep in mind that there is no WiFi at this property.
