This wonderful detached house is situated in a hamlet location, near the village of Hovingham and sleeps fourteen people in six bedrooms.St. Hilda's House is a luxurious detached holiday home situated in the hamlet of Cawton, near the village of Hovingham and towns of Helmsley and Malton. Set over three floors, this property sleeps fourteen people across six bedrooms, two of which are on the second floor and two have en-suite facilities. The cottage also has a bathroom, a shower room, a kitchen with dining area, a dining room, a sitting room with woodburner and two snugs, one of which has a woodburner and one has a double sofa bed. Outside there's off road parking for five cars and a patio with furniture. St. Hilda's House is a wonderful Yorkshire base.

Amenities: Air source heat pump with underfloor heating on ground floor, underfloor heating in all bathrooms, radiators in first and second floor bedrooms and two woodburners. Range electric cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 5 x TVs with basic Sky, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburners inc. in rent. Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: The pretty North Yorkshire village of Hovingham is situated amidst the beautiful countryside of the Howardian Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village is a real gem, with a beck running down the high street, two inns, a traditional village shop, a tea room and a bakery. There are excellent walking and cycling opportunities from the village itself, as well as easy access to the beautiful National Park.
