This semi detached barn conversion is located in the village of Talybont, near Aberystwyth, and can sleep seven people in four bedrooms.This semi detached barn conversion is resting near the village of Aberystwyth in North Wales. Hosting four bedrooms; one king-size with en-suite, one double with en-suite, one twin, and a single bedroom, as well as a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to seven people. Inside, you will also find a cloakroom, utility, kitchen, dining area, and two sitting rooms, one with a log burner. To the outside, is off road parking for four cars and a garden to the rear with patio and furniture. Located in a wonderful setting and close to scenic attractions, Yr Hen Ty Coets is a spacious retreat in a lovely part of Wales.

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: The village of Talybont offers two pubs in the local area; Y Llew Gwyn (The White Lion) and Y Llew Du (The Black Lion) well worth a visit. The village is also home to a garage, a pharmacy, a hairdressers and a SPAR convenience store. The village is orientated around mining and woolen mills and is currently known as the base of leading Welsh publisher, Y Lolfa, which produces Welsh fiction and factual titles. You cannot miss the mural by local artist Ruth Jên of Welsh heroes and characters situated in the centre of the village. Aberystwyth is nearby and has an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, here you can also visit the steam railway!
