Exotic, spacious and perfect for a set of families, this delightful villa set across two apartments on two separate floors provides the ideal holiday home for your summer getaway!

The first apartment, on the ground floor, has a cosy open plan living area containing a TV/DVD player and a fabulously modern kitchen with a coffee maker, dishwasher and top of the range electric oven, and a set of French doors to access the garden. There are also two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

The second apartment is accessed via a set of external steps that lead directly to the pool and contains a kitchen and living area of the same high standard, two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, a full bathroom and a shower room. This first-floor apartment also has a large balcony with sea views! Air conditioning is available throughout the property, and there is central heating for the cooler evenings too.

Outside in the beautiful garden, the huge private pool sits surrounded by thriving plants and trees that ensure a real holiday vibe, allowing you to settle into a comfortable sun lounger, pina colada in hand and enjoy the warm, endless days of sunlight.  The garden also has an outdoor dining area, once again designed to ensure you can make the most of the beautiful Spanish weather.

And if ever you can drag yourself away from the gorgeous pool and garden, bars, restaurants, cafes and all the excitement Moraira has to offer are just a short walk away!

Nestled between Xàbia and Calp on the fabulous Costa Blanca of Spain, Moraira is a beautiful coastal town with traditional Spanish charm oozing through its cobbled streets and market squares.

Enjoying the inland mountains to the West and the exquisite sandy coves of the Mediterranean Sea to the East, Moraira truly provides something for every taste! From water-sports, horse riding, cycling, tennis and go-carting to golf, boat trips and a weekly market where you can find all kinds of local produce including food, gifts, linen, leather and ceramic goods and so much more!
