Ocean Edge is located on the western end of world-famous Grace Bay Beach, the 12-mile long strip of sugar-white sands along the island's northern shore. Away from the hotels and resorts, this area offers added privacy and conveniently located steps away from the Turtle Cove Marina and the 6 restaurants nearby, without the crowds and density.

** Notes:

• All of our properties are offered with double occupancy (2 per bedroom). This includes children and babies of all ages.

• The pool heater incurs a cost of $250 per week. 

• A cleaning fee of $235 is added to the rental rate.

• Please note this property is typically offered in one-week blocks on a Saturday to Saturday basis. We sometimes make exceptions to this rule if your travel dates are from mid-August to mid-October or if you are traveling within 30 days. Kindly note that exceptions are not otherwise made. Please inquire directly if this is the time frame you wish to travel and we will see if we can make it happen!

• AC is metered in order to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given a $150 weekly AC allotment; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in.

• Ocean Edge is located almost directly on Smiths' Reef, Smith’s Reef is widely regarded as offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water in part because of this reef. Once you step over the rock it mostly disappears to reveal a soft sandy bottom with amazing snorkeling just ahead.

COVID Policies Update:

• Credit policy: In the event that the island is closed to international travel or there is a mandatory quarantine in place upon arrival at PLS, TC Villas will issue 100% credit to be used at the same villa within 12 months.
