CASA GRANDE: You hear all the time about grand homes tucked away in little private corners of Key West; this is one of them. Located on a quaint lane just steps from Duval Street with room to park 2 vehicles off-street -- a bonus in Old Town where parking is worth its weight in gold.

Casa Grande was built for hosting large gatherings of family and friends. A private home with an abundance of space for everyone to relax in privacy or gather for food and fun. A wide open floor plan encompasses the spacious living room (with 50" flat screen) and gourmet kitchen to the magnificent pool, one of the largest private pools on the island.

Lounge, dine or BBQ -- you'll spend most of your time on this wholly private back deck space, complete with half bath and outdoor shower. The master bedroom with bath ensuite shares the first floor along with an Au Pair suite -- queen bed with bath ensuite and mini-kitchen. The laundry room is equipped with 2 sets of washer/dryers to ensure a clean supply of shorts, T's and swimsuits.

Ascend the stairs to 3 bedrooms (king and 2 queens), 2 with bath ensuite and all with flat screen TVs and DVD players. One queen-bed room has a trundle bed for more flexible sleeping accommodations.

Casa Grande offers one of the best locations in Key West. Less than one block off Duval Street you will be able to stroll or bike to all the best the island has to offer. Entertainment, dining, shopping or simply enjoy the culture along with tropical drinks and music. Another few blocks and you are beach side where island adventure abounds with snorkeling and sunning. You can't help but enjoy the history of the island from this ideal location.
