Welcome to Frangista Pearl!

“Frangista Pearl” is truly is a treasure. Located on the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, this 2,500 sq.ft., three-story beachfront home features a private elevator and amazing gulf front views. “Frangista Pearl” rests in the exclusive coastal community of Frangista Beach. This community off Scenic Hwy 98 is in the middle of tropical excitement with beach shops and shoreline restaurants are within walking distance. Not only is this home located right on the beach but it also has access to the private beach. So guests will be able to get to the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast and away from the crowd. This home has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and sleeps 18 guests.

Enter into the home and catch a glimpse of the Queen Suite with its warm colors and bright sunshine that streams into the room during the day. This bedroom includes its own private bath, personal flat-screen TV, and a balcony. The balcony gives access to the beach and a 7x5 ft. splash pool. Completing this level is a wet bar and a bunk room. The bunk room includes 3 sets of twin bunk beds and 2 trundle beds. The bunk room sleeps 8.

On the second floor sunlight will greet you from the balcony entrance. The living room features plenty of comfortable seating and includes a large 42” flat-screen TV. On the balcony you will find outdoor seating, great for soaking up the warm Florida sunshine and comes complete with a gas grill. While grilling, prepare the rest of your meal in the spacious kitchen area. This kitchen includes stainless steel appliances. Down the hall sits a lovely Queen Suite with its own balcony and a shared bathroom.

Take the stairs or the personal elevator to the third floor and you will find a Queen Suite decorated in warm tropical colors, a private bathroom, personal flat-screen TV, and balcony. Completing this level is the Master Suite. This calm and elegant bedroom will remind you of the famous sugar white sands of South Walton’s beaches. The large master bath features a jetted tub and walk-in shower as well as a private balcony that includes lounge chairs. This is the perfect place to listen to the crashing waves of the Gulf of Mexico and bask in awe at the beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf.

*This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.*

** This home can do a wedding ceremony ONLY. No receptions may be held at this home.**

*Weddings/Events –All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. Please note tents and canopies are not allowed on private beach due to HOA regulations.*

*Frangista Beach Homes: ONLY Homes located within the Frangista Beach HOA are not subject to the separate Walton County Permit. Only Beach Reunion's $750.00 event fee.*

*All other homes within Walton County must obtain the separate permit through Walton County in addition to the Beach Reunion event fee.*

Additional Features

Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $50/day or $350/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Seasonal Beach Chair Service - Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered for our Summer 2020 months. This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9am-5pm. Our Summer Season begins on Free beach chair service included from May 16th to August 7th 2020.

About the area

The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. Guests of Frangista Pearl also have access to the large community pool complete with a waterfall and restroom facilities. The pool is never too crowded because only select Frangista homes have access. This home is within walking distance of a coffee shop, deli, Dairy Queen, a beach gear shop and local favorite beach front seafood restaurants, Pompano Joe's and Whales Tale. Frangista Beach is also home to Emerald Coast Wine Cellars where you can sample and purchase wines made exclusively in Florida. A large Winn-Dixie grocery store is 1.5 miles to the east and beside it you will find the largest designer outlet mall in the Southeast, Silver Sands Premium Outlet. Frangista Beach has a rich history that began when a family from Greece built a small motel and, subsequently, a little white Synagogue (which still stands to this day). Many brides are married on the Frangista Beach and use the picturesque chapel for photographs. After visiting this neighborhood, you will understand why so many families choose to return year after year.

Getting around

You can go by car, Golf Cart which we do rentals, or bicycles. These all are great means of transportation for the area. Bike rentals can be rented through a local company called Coastal Cruisers.

You can either email us at our office email or give us a call! We are open 7 days a week with someone in office daily from 9am to 5pm central time. Dates that the office is closed for holidays : New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. We do have an emergency number and 2 members of staff on call during our holidays.

“Beautiful home, magnificent views”

This home is spectacular. It exceeded all expectations. The views from the home are absolutely stunning. There is beach access right off the back patio. Local shops and dining were trendy and fun. Miramar beach was beautiful and the water was gorgeous. I have traveled multiple times to the Caribbean and I would vote this water was the best I've seen to date. Highly recommended!!!

The house is the best place for a family reunion. The open kitchen and living space is wonderful. The person cooking is always in the middle of the action. The different levels allow people to have their privacy. The teenagers think it is great you are right acroos from the community pool plus you have your own. If you bring children who like to climb steps you need to bring 2 gates that you can put up to keep them off of the steps. I just loved the openness of the house. The walk to the beach is not far at all and the cross walks make it very safe.
