“GREAT SOUTH BEACH STUDIO”
I had the pleasure to stay with a friend in South Beach in this perfectly located studio apartment. The description of the place was accurate and all the basic we needed for our stay were available in the apartment. The decoration is sober but charming and rather functional. Conveniently, there is a little deli right downstairs from the building - open 24/7. The communication with the renters was very good. They did answer very quickly any time we had something to ask. So everything was flawless on that sense. We definitely would recommend this place, if you want to have a nice experience in South Beach.

“Very Nice”
We had a fantastic time here whilst waiting to move into our new house as we were re-locating to Miami from the UK. The owner is a really nice guy and very helpful. We can recommend the place highly.

“Great location, but....”
We really enjoied our time in Miami. The studio's location is really great. There was some noise coming from the hotel next door, but we did not care. It is decently equiped, but no hairdryer, some problems with water supply (both cold and hot, but not simultaneosly, so we can stand cold water, but it was really hard to stand hot). As to airport transportation, I can recommend Airport Flyer, which is $2.35, and the stop is one street away. Also, there is a Walgreens to shop at, no need to go far to buy some handy things.

“Beautiful Studio near the beach”
We stayed at the apartment for 1 week with our 5-year-old daughter and it was the perfect size for our little family and had everything we needed. The apartment was clean and very nice. As mentioned in the apartment description, everything is within walking distance : the beach, the restaurants and cafés, the shops, the bus stops. The weekend nights can be a bit noisy, but well, it's South Beach, so let's say we had a taste of the vibe going on there! Everything worked out well, from the payment to the reception of the guest instructions. We had a really good experience and consider coming back there for a next stay in Miami. We highly recommand the studio for great vacations.
“Cool Cute Convenient Condo”
My sister and I stayed for a week, and it was so great! Everywhere we wanted to go was steps outside our door. Payment was easy, as well as key exchange. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. We were happy to find cooking utensils, towels, a dishwasher, even spices. Everything worked out great.
