The Gateway Grand is situated in a prime location in Ocean City, Maryland. Be swept off your feet in our professionally decorated apartment with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It has a desk computer available and wireless internet. There are four Flat screen TV'S 50' IN LIVING ROOM, 40' IN MASTER BR and 26' in other rooms. It has a balcony with outdoor furniture with views of the beach, ocean, bay and city as in pictures. I have a storage area equipped with beach chairs, and umbrellas. It is located across the street from Seacret's restaurant & club. Seacret's has live bands/DJ and offers bar service with rafts on the bay. It is also across the street from water sports,restaurants,shopping and few blocks from convention center. 24 hour security! The condo is also a short drive to Jolly Roger Amusement/Water Park and raceway,racetrack,casino, skate boarding, boardwalk, and several signature golf courses, and name brand outlets, The condo includes a magnificently decorated lobby with high soaring ceilings and meeting rooms.It has a fully equipped state of the art exercise gym overlooking the indoor/heated outdoor pool and the beach. There is also a children's room containing video/board games and flat-screen TVs. Concierge service is available to arrange planned activities at times, .Please renters must be at least 28 years old. Comfortably fits 8 adults and children. DON'T MISS OUT ON THE GATEWAY EXPERIENCE !!!! Sorry I do not rent mini weeks from mid June through Mid Sept.

Short drive to board walk, casino,race track in Dover,Bi plane rides, short drive to Assateaque Island. Two new restaurants right next door and across the street

I looked at several places and kept coming back to this one. It was magnificent. I would rent again. The process was seamless. The property was exactly what I needed. The owner was the best to work with!

We stayed at this condo last week 05/24/15 It was absolutely beautiful and is so close to the beach. The pools were wonderful because it was a little cool for the beach so the children really had a great time in the heated pool. We had plenty of room for the 4 adults and 4 children. This condo is large and with the 3 bathrooms it worked out well and we had plenty of room to get out of each other's way if we needed to. I would highly recommend this condo.

My family and I stayed at the gateway grand this past weekend and was very impressed. The rental was beautifully designed with plenty of high end appliances. The building itself was "grand" with gorgeous views and plenty of amenities. I will definitely rent there again and recommend this to my other family and friends.

We go to the beach every year and this is the best vacation rental! The condo walks out to the beach and has great amenities (indoor/outdoor pool, exercise room, kids room with xbox and wii games). The place is very new, clean, comfortable, spacious with modern furniture and decor. I felt like I walked into a hotel/time-share property. The beds are also very comfortable to sleep in. The condo is equipped with everything from all paper and cleaning products to hair dryer (they even have a waffle maker)! I can't think of anything negative to comment. The off-season rate is very affordable. I would definitely rent this property again if I can afford the Summer rate.
