VILLAS ALTAS MISMALOYA is a small condominium project with just seven units located above the Bay of Mismaloya which is located just 20 minutes from down town, with fantastic views of the ocean and the ongoing coast line as shown in the pictures and the video we are sending you in a separate email. As you may know the south coast is by far the best location and has the best beaches on the bay.

Condominium B2 located on one level with over 146.26 m2 (1,582 Sq. ft.). Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed, closet, ceiling fan, a/c and bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, ceiling fan and a/c. Living room, TV cable, dining room, full equipped kitchen, terrace overlooking Mismaloya bay and beach.

Great common area swimming pool which is a very comfortable large pool with aqua bar outside shaded bar area and a separate BBQ shaded area if you choose to enjoy your own private BBQ lunch or dinner.

Rental includes TV cable, water, gas, electrical, maid service 3 times a week, Wi-Fi and parking.
