Luxury authentic stone villa near Split, located between Split and Trogir is an authentic stone villa that offers relaxing yet luxurious Mediterranean vacation surrounded by olive trees, lush garden and a family vineyard.

6000 square meters plot, with private heated swimming pool, an outdoor dinning area and barbecue makes it the extraordinary vacation retreat. Even though it is away from the noise and everyday life, it is still a good starting point to explore the most beautiful Dalmatian cities and islands.

Villa Kastela is divided in two stone houses; spacious main house and charming rustic house.

Main house consists of ground floor, first floor and second floor. Ground floor is a large, air conditioned entertainment area with billiard table, stylish sofa, a small bar and large LCD TV. In this area you can also enjoy sauna with shower bathroom, gym equipment and one separate toilet. Laundry room is also in this area.

First floor opens to a large kitchen and dining area and a beautiful living room full of light. Kitchen is fully equipped and ready to provide a home-like atmosphere. On this floor there are two large en-suite bedrooms with built in wardrobe in each room. There is also an additional toilet here. Big terrace with dining table for 10 people offers panoramic views to the sea and the villa’s vineyard.

Second floor of luxury authentic stone villa near Split has two more bedrooms with bathroom and a terrace with the same, beautiful view.

Rustic house is a charming small house by the pool that consists of kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom and an additional toilet. In front of this house, on the terrace, there is a covered dining area with large wooden table and a barbecue.

Heated, 60 square meters swimming pool is surrounded with greenery and offers the perfect refreshment in any part of the day. For the active vacation, villa has a small soccer and a bocce playground.

Villa is fully air conditioned, has SAT TV and Wi Fi.

Villa Kastela is a perfect private vacation villa, set in a quiet and secluded location, but close enough to historic cities and wonderful islands of Central Dalmatia.
