House is waterfront on a canal with fenced-in, gated back deck for family picnics. Back deck has ocean breeze and gas grill, 3 large dining tables, and plenty of comfortable chairs for serving waterfront dinners to 21 people.

Retreat groups and large families all rent the house due to its size and two full kitchens.
House is located one block from the beach and three blocks south of McDonald's, Dollar General, and many other shops and restaurants.
The two kitchens, one on each level, are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, cookware, serving platters, blenders, coffee makers, knife sets, microwave ovens, and toasters...everything you need to serve formal dinners to large groups of people.
House has 3 large dining tables...2 on the upper level and one on the lower level. Each dining table can seat 8 people.
Off-street parking in driveway for 5 or 6 large vehicles in front of house and more parking space along street without parking permits needed. Empty lot across street where you can parallel park 2 more cars.
Back deck on canal and is fenced and gated. Enjoy the nice ocean breeze from your back deck or walk one block over to the beach. Our street goes straight to the beach, a 2-minute walk.
There are two new central air-conditioning/heating units, one for each level of the house.
Upper level living room has 47' LG smart 3-D TV that gets free Netfix and Amazon Prime movies and TV shows. Upper level master bedroom has flat screen TV with internet streaming of free Netfix, and Amazon Prime movies and videos. Lower level den has 42" flat screen TV with built-in DVD player and Roku that gets free internet streaming of Netflix, Amazon, and Acorn TV. Lower level master bedroom has 42” flat screen TV with built-in Roku player and free streaming of movie channels also.
Enough sheets and towels are available in house for use of renters but must be washed and put away prior to your departure. Linen service is not provided. Renters have the option of washing and drying house linens prior to departure, bringing their own linens, or renting from a linen service.
Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check-out is 10:00 AM and Check-in is 3:00 PM. Weekend rentals are a 3-night minimum. Check-in can be as early as 11:00 AM and check-out is as late as 7:00 PM.
