Hiking/biking path into the town center of Lincoln, with bike rentals available. Indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, tennis on clay and hardcourt, winter shuttle over to Loon Mountain, and other comforts and amenities. A comfortable deck lets you almost sit in the trees with a brook below. WiFi is available, and pets are considered.

This location is in the heart of the White Mountains, across the street from Loon Mountain on the scenic Kancamagus Highway.
