Our Townhome is located in the Eagles Landing community which is a quiet community that has 3 swimming pools and tennis courts in walking distance. We offer a home away from home for your next family vacation, weekend get away or girls tax free shopping trip at the outlets. If you want to eat in we have a full kitchen with all the ameneties of home as well as an outdoor grill for a BBQ. You can dine in the dinning area or enjoy a meal in the sunroom. We have a large first floor master bedroom with a king sized bed.

The second floor has three bedrooms and a loft. The second floor master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a great outdoor deck to enjoy a cup of coffee or bask in the sun. Another bedroom also offers a queen sized bed while the fourth bedroom offers bunk beds and a full sized bed. The loft has a pull out sofa just in case you need some additional space. We have two and a half baths as well as a washer and dryer if needed. We have wi-fi as well as cable tv on three tvs and a vcr / dvd player on a fourth for viewing videos. Pillows and blankets are provided but you should bring your own sheets and towels.

About the area

Rehoboth beach is a great town with so much to offer. We are a 1.5 miles from the beach, boardwalk and downtown rehoboth. In downtown Rehoboth you will find lots of quaint shops, pubs, casual as well fine dinning. The beach taxi will take you where you want to go or you can park and ride the jolly trolley through town. There are state parks nearby with more beautiful beachs as well as hiking and biking trails. Jungle Jim's water park is nearby along with all of the outlet shopping you could possibly want. Family night on the beach in Dewey offers bonfires and smore making as well as family movie nights. Every season has something new to offer such as the wine and beer festival, the Sea witch festival, Pictures on the boardwalk with Santa, and even chocolate lovers weekend.

This home is exactly as advertised...Clean, spacious, and in a quite, WELL Located, community! You will not be disappointed. Everything you need is there and first class. We had 4 adults and two children and more room then we needed!! The pools were great, beach and boardwalk close enough to go back and forth. You will not regret choosing this home !! Plenty of cooking equipment, washer and dryer, full size frig, dishwasher, etc.

My niece was getting married on 9/20/14 on Rehoboth Beach and my family and I needed accommodations for the weekend. We stayed at this wonderful 4 bedroom fully furnished spacious townhome in Rehoboth Beach. This townhome has all the conveniences of your own fully furnished home. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Very close to the beaches, outlets and so many restaurants. We did not take advantage of the pools or tennis courts that are located on the property but nice to know they are there. I highly recommended this beautiful townhome if you are planning on staying in Rehoboth Beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation from start to finish. The house was neat and clean and nicely decorated. We were within minutes of everywhere we wanted to go. Plus, the kids loved having access to the pools. Highly recommended -- would definitely consider renting again!

The house was very accommodating and comfortable. I liked that there was a few items stocked in the cupboards as well as laundry, cleaning supplies. A little far from the beach however and parking there was difficult at the beach area.

We had a terrific time at the Wood's place. We have 2 small children (4 yrs and 7 months) and the place was well suited for our kids as there are many toys, games, and books available to keep the kids entertained on rainy days. The pool(s) were a great alternative to driving to the beach. Thanks!

Awesome place to rent!!! Clean, roomy, nice neighborhood, and great pools!! Owners are great to work with, we actually left something's there and they are shipping the stuff back to us! The neighbors are great as well, helped us pack our stuff on the roof carrier! :)
