Paradise Rental Retreats welcomes you to THE ULTIMATE vacation waterfront pool home rental in Lauderdale by the Sea, Coral Reef Beach House. Walking distance to the Beach (1000 ft away) & ocean front restaurants. This vacation homes was completely remodeled in 2015. This waterfront heated pool (available upon request- extra fee) home has 4 bedroom & 3 full bathrooms. All beds are Serta Posturepedic beds with mattress covers, all new high quality linens provided. High Speed wireless internet throughout the house. There are two master suites. Suite #1 - California Dreaming Suite with ensuite bathroom with dual shower & double vanity, King Size bed, 42 in. LCD HDTV with 140 channels in HD. Suite #2 - Nantucket Jacuzzi master suite with King Size bed, and also a Day bed with twin trundle. This suite also has a sitting area for 2 people, Luxury Master bath with Jacuzzi, tub and shower.

3rd Surf & Swim themed Bedroom has 2 queen size beds with trundle twin pull out beds, if needed for extra sleeping. 4th bedroom Tommy Bahama bedroom has a Queen size bed with a 42" LCD HDTV with 140 channels in HD. 3rd bathroom has Ultra Rainfall shower with body sprayers & a sky light with direct access to the pool!

This Paradise Rental Retreats vacation home offers bikes & kayaks for your use while staying with us! Indoor and outdoor waterfront dining, 4 sunbathing lounge chairs, outdoor couch & chairs & 2 Adirondack chairs located on the 40 ft. dock - Bring your boat or rent one while you are here! Or, just feed the fish or fish off of the dock! This vacation home offers a pool table with custom pool light, Flip top Poker Table & chips, Sit Down Cocktail Arcade Game Table with 60 games Pac, Man Frogger, Donkey Kong, etc. All set to FREE play--Great for little kids & bigger ones too!!! This completely redone home inside & out has just had their pool & dock area redone. Park your boat outside or rent one while you are here! Walk to the beach & then head back for a quick rinse in our outside Surfboard Shower! It's so awesome!

This vacation home has a living room with plenty of seating. A well-equipped kitchen, service for 16, pots & pans even includes a Margaritaville Margarita maker. Everyone needs a frozen drink with an umbrella while they are on vacation! Outside bar area, outside sitting area, complimentary conveniences such as garbage bags, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, & dish soap are provided. No need to pack dirty laundry! Laundry facilities are provided along with clothes detergent & fabric softener.

Head out to the many local restaurants or stay home and BBQ on our grill with Steak Sear burner and side burner. Propane is also provided for your convenience along with grilling tools and brushes.

We (my wife and 2 children) just returned to Europe from vacations at Coral Reef Beach House. It is the best house we have ever rented in Southern Florida (we have been spending summer holidays there for last 6 years). Perfect location, equipment exactly like in the description, very nice swimming pool. Kitchen prepared even for quite big party. Comfortable bathrooms. Plus snooker and almost 1.000 movies on VoD (important when raining or after hours on the beach). And Michelle - she is outstanding person. In one word - full recommendation.

“perfect family getaway”

We couldn't have been more pleased with this home. There was a group of us in town for my 40th birthday and there was plenty of space for all 7 of us. The kitchen provided lots of room for several cooks as well as cooking equipment and dishes, glasses, etc. Michelle was a wonderful host. She was very flexible with our check in/ out time as well as very helpful with any questions/ requests we had during our stay. Our family spent time out by the pool and taking walks in the neighborhood. We found everything we needed within the distance of a couple of miles. We would certainly return to this property or consider another offered by this company in the future. I have already recommended it to our friends.
