“Cute, clean and private.”
This cute two-bedroom home is in a neighborhood of mid-century moderns and sits right on the water complete with dock. It is about 40 minutes from Gasparilla State Park and about 5 minutes north of Punta Gorda. It's off of Tamiami Trail which makes it really easy to get around. Basic and clean kitchen with two bedrooms, a large flatscreen and a fun sunroom facing the backyard (and the water). It is very quiet and very clean. The owners were super easy to work with and accomodated our last-minute (as in the day before) trip to see our son play baseball. We will try and stay there every time we visit Port Charlotte.

Property is actually called "Rolls Landing". Beautiful property along with great people. 42 acres of peace and quiet. Can't say enough about it.
