A lovely original cottage with sweeping views of paradise. Hillview Cottage sits on a privileged & elevated plot of land overlooking the paradisiacal landscapes of Providenciales, Turks & Caicos -from Parrot Cay & North Caicos (to the east), all the way to Northwest Point (to the west).

Plenty of bright light and the usual Caribbean trade winds sweep through the property welcoming guests in true tropical fashion -setting the scene for a relaxing stay in the beautiful island of Providenciales.

This open-aired Cottage offers guests a tasteful & cheerful environment ideal for a tranquil holiday for all. Comfortably fits up to five guests in its two bedrooms and sleeper sofa in the living room. Relax in the top floor loft where you can enjoy a good book whilst gazing at the idyllic views.

Its convenient and central location puts you within a short drive to restaurants, grocery stores, and the Turtle Cove Neighborhood where you can find some of the best snorkeling in the country as well as the main marina on the island. 

Hillview Cottage provides guests with a private pool, raised atop a hill granting iconic & unforgettable views of Providenciales.

• All of our properties are offered with double occupancy (2 per bedroom). This includes children and babies of all ages.

COVID Policies Update:

• Credit policy: In the event that the island is closed to international travel or there is a mandatory quarantine in place upon arrival at PLS, TC Villas will issue 100% credit to be used at the same villa within 12 months.
