On the first floor there is an open-plan kitchen and dining room, as well as a snug. On the ground floor there is a dining room, a living room and utility. There is a courtyard with a veranda and furniture available. Off-road parking for two cars. Garland House is the ideal property for friend and family celebrations.

Durham has a castle, which was originally built in the 11th century as a projection of the Norman power in Northern England. It is an excellent example of the early motte and bailey castles favoured by the Normans.
