The property has three bedrooms; a double with an en-suite shower room and two twins, all with TVs, sleeping six guests. There is a shower room, a cloakroom, a kitchen/diner, utility and a sitting room. Outside, you will find off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with decking area and outdoor seating. 62 Montgomerie View is a great base from which to explore the North Ayrshire coastline.

Close by you can access the Ayrshire Coastal Path, spanning 161km, and discover Portencross SSSI, its castle and pier. Just over four miles away is Ardrossan, a historic port town on the north side of Irvine Bay, boasting two wonderful beaches and popular with sailing enthusiasts. Known as the gateway to the Isle of Arran, from here you can jump on a boat and explore the diverse landscape of mountains, forest and sheltered beaches. Slightly further afield is the historic Kilmarnock, with charming cobbled streets, Victorian architecture and an extensive history. West Kilbride is well placed for discovering the North Ayrshire coast.
