The property is light and well-finished with three bedrooms accommodating six to seven guests in total. The ground floor is spacious and inviting with sweeping wooden floors leading through to the kitchen at the rear with full width bi-fold doors opening out onto the south facing garden. The living room is stylishly furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa opposite a flat-screen TV and real open fire. The very light and large open-plan kitchen has a breakfast bar with a 1950's industrial hanging light overhead, sleek white handle-less cabinets and a dining table for eight. The Bi-folding doors open on to a sunny, grassy garden with a separate seating for the perfect meal al fresco. Just off the living room is a handy downstairs Utility room with WC.

At the rear of the first floor is a family bathroom which has a bath with shower screen. There are two bedrooms on this level; a children’s room with a bunk bed (2 singles) and space for a third bed (provided by us on request) and the lovely master bedroom with its double bed and fitted wardrobes. On the top floor you will find a double bedroom suite ideally suited to a couple as it offers extra privacy and the comfort of an en-suite shower room.

Please note that there are two cats in this property which guests will need to feed from time to time.

We can also provide an air bed to sleep an extra child in the children's bedroom if wished.

A security deposit of GBP 495 will be pre-authorised by Veeve from your credit/debit card 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be released after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

About the area

Almost opposite the house there is a very attractive, open and leafy park which offers a good lap for running, two children's playgrounds, an outdoor gym and an abundance of blackberries in the summer. Notting Hill is one of the most sought-after areas to stay and this property is a mere 15 minute walk from Portobello Road with its famous everyday market which is always bustling and vibrant where you will find all sorts including vintage clothing, antiques and fresh foods. There are so many fantastic restaurants and stylish cafés on Portobello Road too such as rustic Pizza East, Jamie Oliver’s Recipease and Negozio Classica -a rustic wine bar with a delicious Tuscan menu.
