As you step over the threshold you are met by a large and impressive hallway with a study located immediately to the right which can be set up as an additional bedroom upon request. Finished with a black feature fireplace and stunning green book shelves, it can accommodate a double-bed to comfortably sleep two guests but is primarily a study room with a desk in one corner which is ideal for propping up a laptop or other device. Towards the left of the corridor is a large living area with a stunning stone fireplace that has intricate detailing and solid oak wooden floorboards which run throughout the property. Above it hangs a wide-screen wall-mounted TV which boasts all the channels and movies you could want! A plush chaise longue and sofa are arranged here with a coffee table situated in between making it ideal for evening entertainment for those nights spent in. Further in towards the rear of the house is a very large open plan kitchen and dining space with a further living space. This whole area is bathed in natural light coming from and the lovely sky lighting and the arresting 11 meter long concertina doors which open on to a huge garden. The kitchen is finished with designer sleek white units which conceal all the top facilities including a dishwasher and a large American style fridge freezer. It also has an impressive marble island in he middle which is very much the centre piece of the kitchen. In addition there is a convenient dining area nearby with seats for up to eight guests. The second living space is beautifully set up by the back doors, with designer taupe/cream sofas and chairs around an antique marble coffee table with gold legs. Step out onto the stunning outdoor space which has a paved section as well as a large grassy garden that is beautifully manicured and perfect for children to let off steam! It has an 11 foot wide trampoline for children (hidden in the dog leg garden) and there is outdoor furniture arranged for guests to enjoy alfresco dining. On the ground floor you will also find a WC and a handy utility room which houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and all the essentials you could need. Climb the carpeted stairs to the first floor where you will find four more beautiful bedrooms. The master bedroom at the end of the hall is a wonderfully inviting room with a Super King-sized bed and a small plush cream sofa. It is elegantly finished with mirrored gold side tables and a matching chest of drawers. The bathroom right next door has cool marbled grey tiles and flooring with a bathtub (which has the added comfort of a heated towel rail and underfloor heating) and a walk-in shower, as well as twin basins. The third bedroom has a King-sized bed with large windows over looking a small green area across the street and bringing in lots of natural light and the fourth bedroom has a trundle bed (a single with another pull out single mattress making it a twin). The final bedroom is a spacious children’s room finished in powder blue with windows overlooking lovely greenery across the street. This room has double glazing and secondary glazing. It has a trundle bed which is a single with another pull out and a built in wardrobe with lots of space for toys. There are two shared bathrooms on this floor which are exquisitely finished with marble tiles in shades of white and grey, as well as a convenient extra WC on the half landing.
