A converted farm building set near the village of Wootton Bridge on the Isle of Wight, sleeping six people in three bedrooms.The Coach House is a converted barn situated close to the village of Wootton Bridge on the Isle of Wight. It boasts three bedrooms, including a double room with an en-suite, a further double and a twin room; there is also a family bathroom. The property can sleep six people. Also inside there is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. To the outside, you will find plenty of off road parking, a patio area with furniture, a large lawn area with a pond, a shared utility and a shared games room. The Coach House is a characterful property in a fine Isle of Wight location.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, grand piano, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. High chair available on request. Ample off road parking. Patio area with furniture, shared lawn with pond. 1 pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 15 minute walk, shop 2.5 miles. Note: Pond unfenced, children and pets must be supervised. Note: As the property is on a working farm there are chickens and sheep that wonder freely, please be advised that dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Note: Spiral staircase inside property, care must be taken.

Please note: Owner will accept only 1 well-behaved dog.

Region: The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker’s paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.

Town: This large village provides many amenities and is close to a tidal creek which leads to the Solent. There is much to see and do in the area – from the Isle of Wight Steam Railway, Queen Victoria’s Osborne House, and Quarr Abbey, to Robin Hill Adventure Park and Brickfields Horse Country. The seaside town of Ryde is 4 miles away, 6 miles of beaches and attractions including bowling and an ice rink, as well as shops, restaurants and pubs.
